Delta Dealing With Some Change
I've been flying Delta from New York to Atlanta for a couple of years now. As a member of their Skymiles program, I have to admit, I've yet to see the lauded benefits of the program. Nonetheless, I'm very satisfied with their services- especially their customer support for delayed/lost baggage.
American, Airtran and United also provide similar flights to Atlanta. However Delta and American, I think, provide more options for their midrange flights if you're looking for non-stop services. I hope delta keeps it up, I'm a little worried as they (along with American) are announcing huge losses this quarter.
