Bad connection in Istanbul
I was displeased by Turkish Airline's accommodation during my connection in Istanbul. The airline's customer service was not cooperative at the airport and due to that most of the passengers were obliged to sleep in the terminal. However the passengers who knew the procedure requested accommodation and received the service they needed. Turkish Airline should provide equal service to all passengers, old and new.
On another note, I have noticed a big difference in the quality of service provided to passengers flying from Africa to Turkey and from Turkey to the United States. I hope Turkish Airlines will improve on such inconsistencies.
